BarCampKerala is one of the oldest and biggest tech related unconferences in Kerala which attracts techies, geeks, bloggers, IT professionals, freelancers entrepreneurs and students from many many colleges. Barcamp is an intense but fun event with lots of discussions, demos and interaction from attendees. There are no registration fees or any charges for a barcamp as this is a user-generated conference. There are numerous sessions which are taken by the interested participants. Are you looking to share some knowledge? You can register for a session too! We know everyone was eagerly waiting for this month’s competition. As usual we have a cool competition this month too.
Campus Blogs in association with ayruz web holdings and aswini is organizing a photography competition from 12th November 2010 to 25th November 2010. The competition will be open for all and is not limited to the Campus Blogging Network. The winners will be announced in December. The prize for the best photograph will be a Digital Camera worth Rs. 10,000. The winner will be selected by a jury appointed by ayruz web holdings.
The theme of the competition is people and the categories which you can submit entries to are:
- Young families starting out
- Working people
- Student Entrepreneurs
- Retired life
