The Great Mind Challenge (TGMC) is a Nation-wide Software Development contest conducted by the IBM Academic Initiative Team. This contest focuses on enabling Technical institutes to nurture students.

Grooming them to become part of a competitive workforce by arming them with market ready skills. It also aims to provide student programmers with a unique opportunity to develop innovative solutions using open standards-based IT tools from IBM in complex real time situations.

There was a “tiny” tech fest at College of Engineering,Karunagappally organized by the IEEE unit of college on 25th September.A Quiz competition and C Debugging competition were conducted.C debugging and Quiz prelims were were conducted from 8 in morning.The Quiz competition final was in the afternoon. The winners in Quiz competition were Deepu and Akhil.J of S3 EC.The winners of C Debugging were Akhil Thulasi(S5 IT) and Shihab P(S5 CS).
